1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Macky's Tech Solutions ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform or register for our internships.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To participate in our internship programs, you must register with accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Code of Conduct

All interns are expected to complete projects, tasks, and assignments with high academic integrity and honesty. Copying, plagiarizing, or engaging in unauthorized collaborative work is strictly prohibited and can result in immediate termination of the internship without issuance of any certificates.

4. Intellectual Property

All instructional materials, platform code, graphics, branding, and assets provided to you remain the intellectual property of Macky's Tech Solutions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these assets strictly for learning purposes during the internship duration.

5. Termination & Certificate Issuance

Certificates of Completion, Training Certificates, and letters will only be unlocked and issued to interns who successfully complete all tasks and projects to the satisfaction of the assigned Project Heads and clear any applicable administration fees.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted directly on this page. Your continued use of the platform following the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
