Refund Policy

1. Fee Structures

Macky's Tech Solutions offers free access to learning and assignment tracks. Any optional certificate administrative fees or verification processing charges will be clearly displayed before you initiate the payment process.

2. Non-Refundability

Since the platform instantly provides access to evaluating submissions and unlocking digital certificates upon fee payment, all administrative fees paid for certificate verification and unlocking are strictly non-refundable.

3. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be processed only in duplicate transaction errors (e.g. if you were charged twice for the same certificate unlock due to a gateway error). In such scenarios, the duplicate amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Refund Claims

To request a review for duplicate payment errors, please email your transaction receipt and dashboard details to support@mackystech.in within 48 hours of the transaction.
